About Us

Diack Homes is a family-owned and operated business by Cameron and Zoe Diack. When Cam and Zoe met, they both knew they were each other's "person". So Cam relocated from Southland up to Tauranga to pursue building – and Zoe. There he started his building apprenticeship, and soon after, they were married. Today, they have four beautiful children Grace, Cilla, Aubrey and Flynn.
Cam and Zoe work together as the ultimate team. They love adventuring in the outdoors and place a significant emphasis on the importance of family and community. They desire to operate their business with a "people first" approach that values integrity, honesty and communication.

Our Process
How We Work Diack Homes?
Step One: Get In Touch
Fill in our new client form on our website to give us an idea of the scope of your project. Then, we'll get in touch to book a free consultation on site to hear about your ideas.
Step two: Plans and Pricing
Our experienced team will put your ideas to paper to visualise your design and provide a fixed price.
Step three: Finalise the Contract
We then meet with you to sign a building contract tailored to suit you.
Step Four: Plans and Consent
We fine-tune and finalise the plans by adding in as much detail as we can to eliminate the risk of any surprises during the build. Then, once your plans are complete, we send them to the council to gain consent to build.
Step Five: The Build
Construction begins. Throughout the build, you'll be kept updated on the progress of your home through the buildertrend software. Our clear communication is how we ensure you are getting precisely what you want!
Step Six: Handover
With your house complete, it's an ideal time to discover the ins and outs of everything in your dream home. Of course, we will cover the all-important information, like maintenance schedules and warranties, before you receive the keys.
